Scheduled maintenance

Manufacturer schedules, kept to the letter

Miss a service interval and your manufacturer warranty can be void. We make sure it never is.

What scheduled maintenance actually covers

More than an oil change — a full system review at every visit.

Regular maintenance is the single most effective way to protect the long-term reliability of your vehicle. At Healthbridgev in Valencia, a scheduled service starts with an engine oil and filter replacement using the viscosity grade specified by your manufacturer — never a generic substitute. We then inspect air and cabin filters, check brake fluid, coolant concentration, and power-steering fluid levels, and examine belts and hoses for wear. Every vehicle leaves with an updated digital service log entry and a printed summary of what was inspected, what was changed, and what, if anything, warrants monitoring at the next interval. Parts fitted are OEM-grade or OEM-equivalent, and each one carries a 12-month parts warranty as standard.

How a maintenance visit works, step by step

No surprises — you approve every item before we start.

When you bring your car in, a technician carries out a 25-point vehicle health check before any paid work begins. If we find items outside your booked service scope — worn brake pads, a cracked wiper blade, a tyre below the legal 1.6 mm tread — we photograph them, write up a clear quotation, and wait for your approval. We never add items to an invoice without consent. Work typically takes two to three hours for a standard full service on a modern petrol or diesel car. Hybrids and EVs follow the same process but with additional battery-cooling system and high-voltage cable inspections carried out by our trained technicians.

What you receive at the end of every service

Paperwork matters as much as the work itself.

Printed service record

A stamped record of all work completed, aligned to your manufacturer's service schedule, suitable for use as evidence if you ever need to make a warranty claim on your vehicle.

12-month parts warranty

Every part we fit is covered for 12 months or 20,000 km from the date of fitting — whichever comes first. If a covered part fails within that window, we replace it at no charge.

Next service reminder

We calculate your next due date based on your mileage and the manufacturer interval, and send you a reminder by SMS or email — whichever you prefer — two weeks before it falls due.

I brought my Cupra Formentor in for its 30,000 km service. The team at Healthbridgev was methodical — they found that the cabin filter had already been changed recently by the dealer but the air filter hadn't, flagged it with a photo, and only charged me for what was actually needed. That kind of honesty keeps me coming back.
