All bodywork is assessed, photographed, and quoted before a single panel is touched.
Bodywork damage ranges from a 2 cm door-edge scuff that needs localised polishing to a front-end impact requiring panel replacement and structural realignment. Healthbridgev handles both ends of that spectrum and everything between. Our bodywork bay in Valencia is a fully enclosed, temperature-controlled environment — critical for dust-free paint application and proper curing. We use waterborne paints mixed to your vehicle's factory colour code, verified with a spectrometer reading of the existing paintwork to account for any fade. Every repair is photographed at intake and at completion, and a copy of those photos accompanies your invoice so you have a clear record of the work carried out.
What we do not handle — and why that matters
Specialist limits keep the quality high on the work we do take on.
We do not carry out full chassis straightening for vehicles with severe frame damage — that requires a dedicated jig facility, and we will direct you to the appropriate specialist rather than attempt work outside our equipment range. We also do not fit aftermarket wide-body kits or carry out custom fabrication work. For insurance-assessed repairs, we work with the insurer's assessor process but we are not tied to any insurer's approved repairer network — meaning the work is always done to our own standard, not a cost-reduced panel-beating rate. If your insurer requires an approved repairer, we can advise you on your rights to choose your own workshop under Spanish consumer law.
