What Healthbridgev does, and who it's for

Healthbridgev is an independent auto service centre based on Carrer de Colom in Valencia, open Monday through Saturday to drivers across the city and surrounding areas including Torrent, Paterna, and Burjassot. We carry out scheduled maintenance, computerised diagnostics, tyre supply and fitting, and bodywork and paint repairs — covering petrol, diesel, hybrid, and fully electric vehicles. Our clients range from private car owners managing a single family vehicle to small business fleet operators running up to a dozen vans or cars. What unites them is the expectation that the work will be explained clearly before it starts, completed to a documented standard, and backed by a written warranty they can act on if something doesn't hold up. We opened in 2016 with four bays and a straightforward principle: the warranty is not a marketing phrase, it's a contract. Since then we have completed over 4,800 service jobs and our workshop has grown to seven bays with a dedicated diagnostics station and an enclosed bodywork spray bay.
How we work — and what we won't promise

Every vehicle that comes into Healthbridgev follows the same intake process: a technician reviews the job request with you, we carry out a 25-point pre-work inspection, and you receive a written quote before any billable work begins. If the scope changes mid-job — a hidden corroded bolt, an unexpectedly worn component — we photograph it, call you, and wait for approval before proceeding. We use OEM-grade or OEM-equivalent parts and we specify the part number on the invoice so you can verify it independently. Our team of eight technicians holds a combined 60 years of hands-on experience across European, Asian, and American vehicle brands. What we do not do: we do not carry out full chassis frame-straightening for major structural damage, we do not perform ECU re-flashing where dealer tools are the only viable option, and we will not quote a repair time shorter than the job honestly requires. Some results — particularly fuel economy improvements after maintenance — depend on driving style, ambient temperature, and other factors outside our control, and we say so rather than making claims we can't guarantee. Our workshop is clean, organised, and painted in our emerald-fresh green — because an orderly environment produces orderly work.
