When you contact us about a repair or service, it helps to include your vehicle's make, model, year, and approximate mileage. For bodywork enquiries, a clear photo of the damage means we can often give you a ballpark estimate by email before you visit. For diagnostic enquiries, describe any warning lights that are on and when the symptom first appeared — intermittent or consistent, speed-related or temperature-related. For tyre requests, your tyre size is printed on the sidewall of your existing tyres in the format 205/55 R16 — including that saves a back-and-forth. Common questions before you book
Do you work on electric vehicles?
Yes. We service EVs and plug-in hybrids for scheduled maintenance and general diagnostics. High-voltage system work is carried out by trained technicians following IEC 60900 safety protocols. For full battery cell replacement we will refer you to the relevant specialist.
How long does a standard service take?
A full service on a petrol or diesel car typically takes two and a half to three hours. We'll give you a more specific estimate when you book, based on your model and the service type. Same-day collection is usually possible for morning drop-offs.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Each repair comes with a written warranty document specifying the parts fitted, the date of fitting, and the duration of cover. Parts carry a 12-month/20,000 km warranty; paintwork carries a 24-month warranty. Labour cover varies by repair type and is stated on your invoice.
Can I wait at the workshop while my car is serviced?
Yes — we have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and coffee. For longer jobs we can also arrange a courtesy drop-off within central Valencia if you need to get somewhere during the service.
